15 days to decide

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange it. No questions asked.

Conditions

• Product unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
• Premium / hand-made pieces accept returns but not exchanges (they are unique).
• Bags, jewellery and headpieces: must keep their packaging and tags.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp +34 600 50 93 22 with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label (return cost: €4.95) or free if it was our mistake.
3. Pack the product and drop it off at any pickup point.
4. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we verify the item.

Size / colour exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, mention it in the email. We will send it at no extra cost once we receive the return.
