Our catalogue includes sizes 34 to 42, although the available range varies depending on the designer and the garment. Not every brand produces the full collection in every size, so some items may not be available at the extremes of the range.

Free shipping from €100 only for mainland Spain and Portugal. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, France, Italy and the UK have a fixed cost per order.

Ceuta and Melilla are not available at the moment.

You have 15 days from the date your order ships for exchanges and returns within the country of purchase.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, so you can choose your preferred carrier.

Some items have special return conditions.

If we detect signs of misuse or fraud, we may reject the return and temporarily suspend the account.

Important: if your initial order was over €100 and you enjoyed free shipping (only available in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal), and after the return the final amount drops below €100, the free-shipping condition no longer applies and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, France, Italy and the United Kingdom, shipping is a fixed cost per order (never free), so the return cost equals the shipping rate of your zone.

If you prefer an exchange, you only need to pay the shipping cost for your zone (€5.90 mainland Spain · €9.90 Balearic, Canary and Portugal · €17.50 France · €19.60 Italy · €19.50 UK), adjusting the return prices with the new shipment. We handle the new item shipping by arranging a pick-up delivery: the courier delivers the new item and, at the same time, collects the one you are returning. Home pick-up service available only in mainland Spain.

Once we receive the parcel and confirm everything is correct, we will process the refund via Bizum to the phone number you provided when placing the order. If you don't have Bizum, we will process the refund via another method.
