How do I choose my size?
Each item has its own size guide and measurements in its product page to help you choose the size that best suits you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery (+€1.50).
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Yes. We work with BBVA TPV Virtual (Redsys), one of Spain's most secure payment gateways. Your bank details never pass through our servers and every transaction is protected by 3-D Secure authentication.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a defective item, contact our team within the first 48 hours after receiving your order so we can assess the issue and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
Do you make custom orders?
